Good Morning

Recently got my front wheel alignment done after changing my steering rack, I only went for front wheel alignment as I hadn't changed anything on the rear. Does the rear alignment look alright on this? (The small numbers above the larger numbers for the front are what they were before )

As the rear numbers are out in the same way does this mean that its not really an issue as both wheels are pointing the same way? Or is it worth getting my rear alignment done too.
Car is a 2006 Volvo V70 so not sure if anything apart from the toe can be adjusted

Thanks

A quick look suggests the rear suspension is adjustable and would therefore need alignment. Rear is typically done first, followed by the front. I'd suggest getting it all done, and help your alignment place by giving everything a douse in WD40 before hand to help things come unstuck.

Mostly looking ok. Yes, the rears are not in spec, but at least they are even side to side, so the car will run straight.

Sure you might get some shoulder wear on the edges of the rear tyres, but its not super excessive.

Id say get the rear toe set properly before you next get rear tyres.

I wouldn't bother, the toe ins are tiny hardly worth worrying about and likely to be zero once moving when tyre drag kicks in.

Not being picky, but WD40 is not and never has been a releasing/lubricating oil.
Plus Gas or similar releasing fluid is best for soaking into such parts over several days, not as the workshop will bother they'll just apply heat and ever longer leverage.

Chances are on a 20 year old car the rear suspension components will be so rusty that adjustability will be near impossible.
We had this with a 10 year old vw Tiguan.

And the bushes so worn that the geometry will measure a degree different each time you measure it anyway. biggrin

I wouldn't worry about the slightly out of spec rear toe. It will marginally increase tyre wear and fuel consumption but probably not to the point that you'll notice. If the rear was toed out more then spec (or rather toed in less than spec) that would be more concerning because that will generally reduce, rather than increase, stability.
