Artura 'cyber' tyres - cost now

I am looking Artura's now and came across into a video (made circa mid 2025) talking about cyber tyres which claimed ONE rear costs £900 and can only be purchased from Mclaren.

I was told this week (by a Mclaren dealer) they are now more like £300.

Can any Artura owners please tell me
1. if they can only be purchased from Mclaren (I've not found them online)
2. what is the actual price of a rear tyre these days (900 or 300)?
3. how much extra is fitting (or can you take the tyre elsewhere for fitting?

I will leave for another discussion what was so wrong with a regular TPMS that Mclaren felt this change was needed !

McLaren Guildford have generally been the cheapest source of MC-C tyres so worth checking with them. A year ago they were £400 front and £700 rear but I think they have come down more since then. They can, in theory, be purchased anywhere but in reality McLaren dealers are buying up the available stock so it has been very hard to find them elsewhere.

McLaren have, for some time, saying that there is a 'imminent' software update to allow the use of tyres with normal TPMS sensors but no-one has got it yet. Having said that, if the car is under warranty and the cyber sensor fails, they have been replacing the tyre with a new one as the sensor is embedded into the tyre - I had a new tyre under warranty a couple of months ago.

The fitting is straightforward so can be done anywhere.

Pirelli Performance Centres were also able to source them from Pirelli ... though some were on a long lead time.
