Xmas sun / warm weather holiday ?

Hi all
Looking at going away for 10 days this Xmas 8h max flight times
Approximate 17 to 27th dec
We have done canaries / Cape Verde so somewhere different
Any other ideas for sort of guaranteeing sunny weather and 25% at least
