For those that have PCCBs, has anyone had theirs measured ?
As I understand it, there is a max / min value stamped on each rotor at 120 degree intervals around the disc.
These are numbered 1, 2 and 3 with say, 62/38 (these 2 numbers may be different around the disc) - in this case 62 is the value when the disc was manufactured and 38 is the minimum value before the disc has to be replaced.
I believe Porsche use a measuring device called a Carboteq ? - to measure the density of the disc.
I'd be interested to know your original max/min disc marking, the current value and the mileage your car has covered. So say for example you had an original value of 62 and you'd covered 5000 miles what is the current value (e.g. say 60 - down from 62).
