Just had an email through from Brian. Looks like he is stepping down and selling the Company.

I wonder if this is going to change the difficulty of getting tickets in any way shape or form?

TL email as well. BSJ site will continue but be upgraded to match the experience at the TL original site. There will be a shuttle that runs between the 2 so people can experience the racing at both locations. That is a great idea.

I have literally zero faith in Motorsport Destinations. Would this still be a good option, despite the change?

Years of being a faithful customer, registered "on a list" for 2027 with 1st Tickets and my previous/preferred options are sold out on the TL website.

I feel a bit shafted and can only guess TL may not get all of 1st Tickets allocation.

Nope, quote from the email
"If you've previously enquired or registered interest with 1st Tickets for 2027, please note that this doesn't hold a place for you. Your reservation is only confirmed once your 35% deposit has been paid."
My choice is currently sold out on TL site

This is my concern. I think its going to be a case of see what comes for sale (as it will) then jump on it.

Will definitely miss Brian, have gone so many times in the past with him.

All being well, it will all work out fine - and we'll see all the old (and some new) faces in 2028 when Le Melts next descend on Le Mans

Don't panic. Data is still being loaded - this has all only just happened and the data sets aren't an exact match so it's taking a bit of time. Sales data has been loaded, allocations about to be updated this evening. Then everything needs to checked over and a bit of tidying I'm sure.
It will probably take a week to settle and review.
You will need to book straight away though as TL do not run a provisional waiting list system.

Give them a little time, I think they are still importing the 1st Ticket allocations into their system.

The prices I've seen on the TL site seem to be a bit above what 1st charged.
