Hi all anyone got one of these? Whats best model to go for? Also needs to be able to put a grin on my face Is there room for a medium dog in the back (Husky) Budget 40k any help would be great thanks

I bought a 2017 Macan Turbo with the performance pack a couple of years ago and absolutely love it.

Lovely interior, air suspension so a great ride, but stick it in sport and it turns into a brilliantly handling lunatic of a car.

0-60 in 3.6 so loads of poke, nothings gone wrong in my ownership, it should easily fit your doggo in and I can’t think of anything I could replace it with.

I have a large gsp , she just fits in the back , it’s not the best for large dogs as the angle of the boot means they can only sit or stand when they are right against the rear seats .
I would say it’s just about ok for a large dog but not ideal but then it depends on the dog , ours likes to stand whilst in the car so it’s more awkward for her .

We have a 2018 one. Had the front diff, a window switch and exhaust valves replaced but those were all under warranty.

Its pretty thirsty the 3.6 as you would expect. Seems to average about 25mpg no matter how you drive it.

I find it much nicer than the Evoque it replaced but I dont find the handling as good as others, you can certainly feel the weight and its quite unsettled on rough surfaces.

Ours has about 25k in extras so its a nice interior with all the extra leather and alcantara.
