Anyone know this 'charged MK2 for sale?

Classified ad, up for £3750. Looks like a well sorted MK2 that has had extensive rust repairs, sat on Meisters with an M45 supercharger. I've been out of the MX5 loop for a while but this seems like exceptional value for a rust free one, even before you consider the extensive spend it has had on mods.
Anyone?
