Any secret, or not so secret, F&F clothes shoppers at Tesco? I'm an occasional dabbler - i only go in every 2-3 months or so, but always have a look and usually see something that looks quite good. Maybe i'm getting old.

I have a few T Shirts from there, just plain ones. They have lasted well and haven’t shrunk in the wash like I find so many do after the first wash

I buy Florence and Fred stuff quite a lot as my wife works there and occasionally they get discounts meaning I can stock up on T-shirts and clothes to ruin at work. When I used to travel a lot for work I recall seeing F&F shops in a couple of European cities as standalone shops..

When I did my weekly shop at a massive superstore, it's easy to just buy something there if I needed it rather than having to make a point of going into the local town centre to buy the same garment... so I have had a few over the years.

My mum (RIP) was a snob and we called her Mrs Bucket, from Keeping up Appearances.

She had the area WI around her house one day and I walked in, “Ohhh, everyone this is my son, he’s a very very successful entrepreneur” (I’m not)
“Oh, that’s a beautiful suit, where did you get it?” Emphasising “did”.
“Tesco’s”

She coughed and awkwardly look around and shuffled me outside.

They did/do make great suits, but only for about a month when they sagged a bit!

Not Tesco, but I've bought some chino's and chino shorts from TU at Sainsburys and they were very good quality.

Usually where I pick up some shorts every summer. Think I've got some chinos from there for work as well.

Yep, I've got a pair of TU jeans and they fit much better than my Levis and are wearing better too.

Son is a Fatface fan for T shirts but gets his ones for work at Tesco, I like Tesco jeans but last time I looked they only had slim leg ones so have bought at M&S when out and about. Tesco socks are ok, son has Tesco underpants. Generally the quality is OK but the styling can be a bit utilitarian or just odd.
