Throttle cable routing
Discussion
Annoyingly for me my throttle cable snapped last week.
I've got a replacement from Racetech which is identical - great start
Easy enough to get the old one out which appeared to run around the brake reservoir in the wing and nearest to the outside of the car.
But I cannot route the new one the same way.
I can only get it to run round the brake reservoir in the wing but on the engine side which then kinks the cable too tightly at the pedal.
Any suggestions gratefully received!
I was wondering if I cut an access hole underneath in the wheel arch will I be able to get to the underside of the master cylinder ?
