DB12 Owners Question About Width with Mirrors Folded

[Q_Division_GT]

Could any DB12 owners confirm whether the wing mirrors, when fully folded, extend further out than the rear wheel arches?

My understanding is that the car measures 1,980 mm wide excluding mirrors, but I've seen suggestions that the width with mirrors folded could be around 2,045 mm. I can't find anything official.

Not having a DB12 to hand, I asked Copilot: 'How wide is an Aston Martin DB12 with the door mirrors folded?'

Reply:
'It s between 2045 mm and 2060 mm wide with the mirrors folded that s 80.5 to 81.1 inches.

Breakdown
DB12 Coupe (2024): 2045 2060 mm folded
DB12 Volante (2024): 2045 2060 mm folded
Both body styles share the same folded?mirror width range.

Why the range?
Aston Martin lists a variable folded width because the mirror housings sit on a slightly angled hinge; depending on exact hinge position and tolerance, the folded width can differ by about 15 mm.'

Thank you for your reply. I'm borrowing one to see if I can wedge it in the garage!
