Change of e-mail address

[KaraK]

I've lost the e-mail account that was associated with my PH account so I need to update it - I followed the instructions here and added a note to my profile and sent an e-mail from the new e-mail account. This was on 29th September - I got an auto-reply from the PH Info account and since then nothing.

Common problem.
