New sat nav etc head unit for Ford Transit

[DSMSMR]

I have a 2019 Chausson motorhome that has the standard head unit.

Has anyone replaced it with an aftermarket jobby...satnav, android etc etc

I fitted an Erisin to my merc.

Works very well.
