Yucca near house foundation

We moved into a new house about 4 years ago. The developer planted the gardens. At our front door is a Yucca close to wall (<1m). Now 4 years old it's pretty big and needs a good trim.

Would anybody be concerned enough about the roots and their potential to damage the foundations to rip it up?

Have it out. The roots are strong and can cause concrete to crack in severe cases.
