To prevent having to get up at 2am to change your clocks, throw them away the day before and then buy new ones the following day.

If twins are born, the first at 1:55am and the 2nd 10 mins later, is the 2nd twin older than the first?

Yes. But in practise they will lie on the forms.

Similar if twins are born either side of midnight. They will quietly change them to the same day.

Bit of a story but i found it very funny yesterday regarding this. (cool story bro etc etc)

Friend of our had a fall bumped head and has been in hospital for 5 weeks, then got moved to a proper rehab unit for the side of her brain that needed some help.

We were sat in the day room yesterday out the way whist they were all sat round a table having some food and our friend was quite vocally telling them all that we get an extra hour in bed tomorrow so dont let them come waking us up.

Probably be some form of unrest in there this morning.

Anyway i dont really changes the clocks that need changing manually anyway.
