Bought my first Dubai property

Over the moon.

Never did we think this would happen but we have managed to achieve our dream.

Purchased a stand alone villa in Dubai, managed to get it for 800k under asking price due to it being a so called distress deal, but someones loss is our gain.

It's right on the golf course but I am not a golfer haha.

Should be moving in next month, just sorting the final details.

Mission complete, certainly a pinch ourselves moment.

10mins the the daughters school and 20mins to work.

We rent in the area just now but in the next community.

The word distress deal gets thrown around alot, my friend is in real estate and sorted the deal for me which is great.

Congratulations, that is a cracking result getting 800k under asking price. Villas on the golf course communities tend to hold up well here too, so you have picked a good spot. Enjoy the move next month, those final snagging weeks always feel the longest.

Yep it’s just all waiting now.

Ordered a new kitchen yesterday, hoping to move in 4/5 weeks as we have 2 months notice on the current rental. Thankfully just moving 2.5km along the road into the other community.
