Sadly it looks like I'm going to have to part ways with my Cayman. Splitting up has forced my hand and no matter which way I dress it up and try to man maths it, increasing the house deposit and lowering the mortgage costs take priority.

So, what EV lease deals are currently just too tempting to ignore?

I'm a lease newbie so please be gentle.

Cheers,

Hard to look past the Tesla Model 3 deal at the moment for comfortably less than £300/pm.

Drop me an email if you decide to go down this route and I'll let you have a link that gives us both free Supercharger miles.

Assuming you only do 8k miles a year, don't take into account the 3 payments up front and are happy with a white car?

I'm not sure I'd describe £299 as "comfortably less than £300" either. smile

Not just any white, but a premium pearlescent white nonetheless :-)

It’s £351 on a 1 upfront payment profile , 8k miles and in grey or black if you don’t want white.

You could PCP it.

£3k deposit contribution, and shall we say £5k out of your Cayman sale pot? Gets you the thing for £244/month.

0% finance too so if you did decide to keep it after four years you haven't paid a bean in interest.

The drawback is Feb/March delivery.

An update.

I've been able to scale back my lofty housing needs and accepted buying somewhere that isn't going to be as palatial as my current abode. Being an adult sucks.

This does mean that I can keep the Cayman but will probably look at a Tesla as a daily. So 0% and Feb / March sounds decent.

Plus, right this second I don't want to do anything that affects my credit other than buy a house.

Cheers for the info!
