I seem to eat tons of onions with everything these days, always fried without any oil though. Is this a good thing or bad ?

Why not eat the same amount of shallots to cut down on intake?

Just about anything that grows in the ground, hangs from trees, swims in rivers, or runs on 4 legs, they're all good for you.

Onions contain allicin which is bactericidal.

However you can always have too much of a good thing, and whether it survives digestion is another matter; I suspect not. You'd probably do better to rub them on

You'll be healthy but have no friends!

IIRC they're best eaten raw like garlic to gain the most benefit from their health-giving properties!

I love onion rings and yesh, garlic . I don´t think it´s a bad thing to eat loads of onions. Not that I´ve heard of.

None, in fact I'm thinking of marketing onion shower gel and onion facial scrub to people who feel uncomfortable in crowds

If that's too strong you can start with Eau de Chive...

Baby/bathwater. Your gut fauna being killed off won't help you. Good job it's not a very effective bacteriacide
