Knackered top mount or more?

Got a knocking noise on the wife's Peugeot 208 and on checking the top mount location I can see visible movement when bouncing the car.

Any opinions if this is this just going to need a top mount replacement or is likely to more involved than that

Ignore the crap around it, I've cleaned that out now and the video makes it look a a lot worse than it is
