I (tried to) buy a pair of number plates from a legit online seller. They made them, sent them, but I never received them because evri gonna evri.

Fair enough. I emailed them complaining about the dipsticks evri, and asking if they could chase up or whatever. No response. Another email a few days later, no response. Filled in a ‘contact us’ from their website, (in case emails going astray) as a different method - no response! Final email… no response.

So I’ve ended up doing a chargeback because they can’t even reply to a message!? I wouldn’t care if they just refunded, or sent a new set, or whatever. But nothing!

What I can’t understand is why a business would act like this. It’s their primary business so it’s not like I’m trying to get them to do something they’re not interested in, or asking for a miracle.

Surely if you’re in business and want to make money you would just do it properly? I can’t fathom it. I will obviously send the order for my other 50 cars to someone else! smokin2

Obviously not all are but when business version of customer service is as you have described, I too, just don’t get it.

It often makes me wonder if many of these businesses are just cons.
