As Im stuck in the house today getting new double glazing fitted I thought I would start preparing for christmas.
Starting with making stock for the gravy for the big day.
Im slow cooking a 900g brisket that I bought from Tebay services.
Its on low in the slow cooker for about the next 8 hours.
