Tuscan rally car

No really - there's a picture of one in my local paper, all four wheels off the ground, cresting a hump. It's an old Tuscan racer, not a current-shape car. Other than that the story say's it's purple and it didn't win.

I don't own the copyright to the picture, and working in the field I do I could get in a lot of trouble for breaching it - however minor and however unlikely. Sorry...

I thought that picture rang a bell with me, so being the sad git that I am, I had a quick trawl through my old Sprint mags, and there was an almost identical pic. on the front cover of the May '93 issue. It's John Upham in his c. 1970 Vixen on a navigational rally somewhere in deepest Berkshire.

Hi have a look at "trevor makes a leap of faith" on pistonheads TV. This wasn't taken the same event as the car appeared in newspapers, but a few months earlier. It was taken on Epynt military ranges.
