Anyone else heard these?

I heard my first one today on a scooter and almost fell over in excitement. If you don't have a clue what talking about it's basically a replacement horn for your bike that sounds like a horse neighing!

If you have those, does it also mean you can ride around without paying tax and insurance, not get a licence, never get your 'ride' checked for safety MOT style and leave shit all over the road?

I think that's what you get when you take something designed to be operated by lung power and stick the output of a great big turbo into it...
