Hi Guys, will be rebuilding my engine soon, so when I seen these ( pr of Janspeed ex mans ) I thought of takng my cast ones off. What d'ya think, will they fit?

If they weren't made for a wedge the answer is almost certainly no.

If you mean these, then gerroff, because I'll be bidding on them for my Gentlemans Conveyance.

Followup:
The seller of the Rangie manifolds has just informed me they are off a 3.5. I've lined up some FREE stainless manifolds for my 3.9 Vogue SE from a mate. Pretty sure these ones on ebay won't fit a wedge though.
