I know I have banged on about the 200 being the bestest :bounce: wedge ever, and dont get me wrong, I love it. BUT I am driving to spain this weekend and I thought 'how nice to be in a left hand wedge' for the trip there and back. As I will be making several trips over the next couple of years,(pretend out-laws have bought a place there)I may buy a left hooker for that very porpose. At the BBWF I saw there were some series 1 shape wedges with V8 under the bonnet:thumbup:. Were these 390's? anyone tell me what versions are about? and is there any websites/places where LHD are sold. (Just maybe I will become the proud owner of just another boring V8, make lots of noise, do doughnuts, spin wheels etc :D)

I know it was a long time ago, but at the 1997 TVR Car Club Golden Mania Brands hatch event, a dealer had a left hand drive automatic for sale. I think it was a dark coloured 400SE. No idea what happened to it and it was the only one I ever saw, but I guess they are out there.

i know cantus has a very cheap LHD 280i conv. i think you can get form him, may be you should pm him. He heas been telling to keep it for years now, but i suppose he might be tempted to let it go.(because he has his 420 SEAC and his Tuscan racer finished in the meantime as well) Since he is in the UK on a regular base, he might even be willing to take it to you.
