Group Purchase on Tyres....

[piooly]

Hi all.

As I need a complete set of new tyres for my elise, I wondered if there were many of you out there that also need new rubber. Eliseparts.com seems to sell everything that most people want. We may if there is enough of us be able to get a discount if we all agree to making a purchase. Anyone interested????

We could always try other places, surely someone can do a deal like what occurred on the Larini Exhausts!

its doubtful to be honest - the margin on tyres from anywhere (well other than Kwik fit etc) is about £5-10...if that....Elise parts prices are as cheap as them come, so unless you can convince maybe 500 people to buy a set I doubt it will be worth it.

I will need some Elise spec RE040s after LOT at Silverstone, and speaking with /www.event-tyres.co.uk they will offer discounts off their current £98/£123 fitted prices if I can find 4 or more to do at the same time ... anyone ?

(May cross post to SELOC & LOT boards)

At some point soon I'll need a couple of rears.
