windscreen washer on my foot!

the water for the windscreen washers dicided to stop working today, just the drivers side, plenty of water in there and the pump motors fine, at the same time while keeping it pressed i found its pooring on to my feet in the footwell, i'm asuming the pipe has come off, please tell me i dont need 2 remove the dash, gearbox, engine and body to get wotever it is back on, o! and did i forget the seat, i no i should brake my back and have a look up inside the footwell but i thought i'd ask 1st because someone with great wisdom will tell me where i need to look, thankyou.

pretty certain this is a dash-top off job, which then involves a jigsaw.....
