hood repair around screen

just having the clutch done on the car and noticed the stitching around the screen has started to come away. it looks like the garage is saying that it might need a new screen as not sure if can just resew the repair. quote approx £250.
does any one know of a hood repairer who can just resew around the screen? i mean it just looks like stitching and material, don't see the need for new screen. i am based in north london.

I had my roof recovered with mohair and a 6 inch repair around the screen resewn, total price 115 pounds so yes it can be restitched , and you have to look very hard indeed to see where he did it so next time you are in the North west call in !!

thanks simpo, had a look and will try calling place in watford. also simon is that north west london or noth west england? if in area will let you know.
