Who sells/makes monitors that conform to class 1 rather than class 2?

I have heard stories of monitors with sub pixels permanently on in the middle of the screen. As you can have 2 of these per mega pixel in class 2 they are not counted as a fault. Hence co replacement or refund.

I don't know of any one who advertises class-1 as it's easier to get away with class-2 but all the screens I have (3 at the moment) have 0 dead or stuck pixels or sub-pixels. All are Samsung panels (Dell 2005FPW, Samsung 191T and an Apple PowerBook).
