A little, but annoying problem...

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but when I first go onto Pistonheads I often used to just click the forums link and forget that I'm not logged in, so when I try to post I have to go back to the homepage and log in. I now click members every time to see if I'm logged in, and often I am but itsd annoying having to wait for more pages to load up than I need to (takes up time from posting/reading stuff, ya see ;) ).

If there anyway you could incorporate the members page onto the homepage, or even just have a "Welcome *member name/guest*", where your member name comes up if you are logged in or guest if you are not?

It'd be very helpful for me, but maybe that problem only happens for me.

Why not simply tick the "remember me" box when you log in next time?

I do, but after coming back onto PH a few times, it 'forgets' me!

When you try and post and you're not logged in it will take you to the login page.
