My gf is going away with business for a couple of weeks to brussels, if she wants to contact me by mobile/landline what is the cheapest way for her to do it rather than rack up a massive bill calling me??

Any help, much appreciated.

Also consider getting one of those phone card jobbies from newsagent type shops.

Often the cheapest way (except free via Skype) to phone internationally.

Get a "Mobile World" sim card from the Carphone Warehouse. Something like 5p/min to call the usa from your mobile. Or if on Vodafone, sign up to passport. It takes your home taffif with you abroad you just pay a connection charge then usual rates apply.
