You got me all excited now, anyone who was at the TVR London launch party last night shed a little more light on these rumours?
What about the AJP8 engine on display there, did anyone find out why? is it to promote the Cerb2? must be for a reason? from the pic it looks like an existing AJP8 rather than a new design?

I don't like to comment on rumours normally but I've heard from several sources now that NS seems particularly interested in the Cerbera and I've heard suggestions that he's having one built currently.
I don't think the AJP on display last night was significant.
Not something we'll get TVR to comment on I suspect but an interesting possibility if there is any truth in it.

Interesting, its an engine that has been out of production for more than a year, so why not have a TVR/Rover engine on display for that matter, I think its of significance.....

So, how many of you boys tried to steal the starter motor and clutch from it then?
2 people said this to me. I was seeing where to fill the oil in the gearbox. bloody tight.
i think there should be a 3D model in 360 degrees viewing. so you can see where stuff it first before attempting to pull bits off.

Do you have the file in a 'windows-friendly' format? I can't play 3gp here!

AJP and emissions legislation don't look like a good combination going forwards.
Someone reckoned it was a GM V8 that would go in there. Not sure whether that's based on fact, speculation or more probably just desire
same rumour I heard.......Cerbera with a few mild styling changes to update it and an LSx V8 engine.....BRING IT ON !!!
The only significant thing I can see on the cerbera engine displayed is that it's attached to a Tuscan gearbox ... the short tailshaft T5 was never fitted to the cerbera but was used in the last of the chims and the sp6 T cars...
maybe it was the only gearbox they could find at short notice to fit to the display engine .. or maybe ... ??

but surely if a mk2 cerb is produced the existing cerbs will depreciate even more! for that reason i hope they 'DONT' make another cerbera!
Only if the Mk2 is better! There are quite a few cars where the newer version (after a few years) is deemed to have been a backward step or seen as not being as pure. The Golf springs to mind along with the Escort.

Only reason I hope they dont make a cerb 2 is that it will be a must have and the wife will kill me
