Got my 944 Back on the Road - Very Happy

I'm very happy this afternoon - finally got my 944 back on the road and through an MOT (passed with flying colours).

I'm very happy now - just got to give it a gentle run in to let the new head gasket/brakes ben themselves in properly :)

Just had to tell people :D:D:D:D:D:D

Going to a wedding this weekend and got the 944s out this afternoon to give her a run and now I have to take her to the wedding (the car that is!), shes been covered up in the garage for winter, i had a smile from ear to ear!!.

Good news Grant how long was she off the road?

Mines been laid up since July 4th but I'm really hoping it will be running again in November

Cheers Everyone - Took her out for a nice long drive last night, felt great to have her on the road again, knowing all is OK

She's been off the road since the middle of May!!!

Best of luck with gettting yours back on the road Paul - hope it all goes to plan.

Now all that remains is a thorough valet, removing that silly gearshift-lock lump of metal that gets in the way when I'm trying to change gear, fixing the central locking actuator on the driver's door and fitting a car kit for my Phone
