Tyre Weld

Can you still add air to a tyre when it has tyre weld in it? Any body know.

i did on the rear of my previous 944 turbo,worked brill too.It got me from the lakes to Cambs before i could get it repaired.From a flat the tyre weld blew it to about 20psi and i inflated the rest with air to its usual 42psi

My motorbike rear is half filled with tyre weld type stuff, and I regularly pump it up, and deflate it (for off road work), and have been doing so for over a year.

Never had any major problems with it.
