Fuse issues?

Usual bow locks. Got in car today, tried to spray and clean windscreen with wipers which got stuck pointing straight up on windscreen. Had to get out and wrench back down.

Then indicators and wipers stop working altogether. Still got the horn (oi oi), and the hazards though.

I am pretty crap with the techy stuff. Is this just a fuse prob? Will unplugging and reconnecting work? What sort of fuse do I need, where is it etc?

Any help appreciated cheers guys.

SOunds like the Steering wheel ECU, above your left knee.

How can I check this or if it is, then what should I do with it? Is it a job I can do myself or a dealer jobbie?

I am not far, want me to take a look? I swap the ECU with mine, may help find the problem.
