The garage kindly fitted a magnetic sump plug for me at the last service so I now need to purchase an allen key tool to change the oil, any idea what size it is?

Cheers

Absolutely no idea, but I also needed an allen key for my mountain bike, had loads cept the one I needed.

For about £12 in Homebase, got a complete set of metric and imperial allen keys in a nice yellow moulded plastic case, if thats any help to you, not even sure if you can buy them seperately, can you?

Vipers - tried those and they're not man enough! I know you can get indicidual ones specifically for sump nuts to use with a socket set, and importantly they look thin enough to clear the exhaust too. Hopefully someone will know and I can get one on my way home.

To answer your original question it is a 10mm Allen key that is required! Best of luck, using a longer allen key and a spanner on the shaft should do it!!
