Iam Trying to take the radiator out to get it refurbed and thought just take of the lower spoiler undo a few bolts loosen a few hose etc bobs your uncle.
Had a good look underneath, difficult to see any real way of fixing it so took the light pods apart and found several screws removed them, the dam thing is still handing on for grim life!!!!!
Have I missed some fixings somewhere? The lower spoiler had been deseamed and it does look as through, behind the filler there is a PU adhesive holding it together.

The bible coves the actual removal of the rad and just says it comes out the bottom. There is even a picture of a bolt holding the spoiler in the headlight removal section, a bolt which incidently is not there on my car.

My *ahem* cutaway pictures show how mine is fixed. Basically just a piece of angle iron on each side of the rad with a locating hole in the bottom, and a bolt in the top. the angle iron brackets are bolted to the car as shown.
I removed the lower spoiler, removed the headlamp lenses and accessed the bolts through the holes. Put molegrips on one side, and a socket on the other. I replaced mine before the accident, and only had to remove one of the metal brackets to give enough room for the rad to drop out. Getting it back in again is always more difficult, but as long as you prop it up on something to take the weight, it shouldn't be too difficult. Just fiddly!

Sorry i seem to have sent people off in slightly the wrong direction.
The problem was how was the spoiler fixed!! As you can now tell the spoiler is off and the radiator is out.
My spoiler was fibreglassed to the nose cone!!! Once I was brave enough to hit the critical bit with the grinder it came away.
So far a day to remove the spoiler and about 30 mins to take the radiator out! Great!

Yeah usually it is held on with 4 bolts, 2 on each side, on a series 2 car (not SE). You can see one of those bolts in the picture above, just to the left of the headlamp motor. The other one is further back.
If you care going to use botls to reattach it, I suggest you pop-rivet some aluminium plate both to the inside if the nosecone and to the inside of the spoiler, and pass the bolts through it. It will spread the load and the bolt won't rip through the fiberglass the first time you ding it on a kerb.

Yes, except that the bolt in the photo is the rear one. They are spaced about 6" apart.
