I've sent a quick message to Simon directly, but does anyone know whether there are any driving places left for the Owners' Day on Fri? I've only just managed to chin off my work commitments and I would now love to come! (Especially as Brands Hatch has just been cancelled for this Weds too)

If its fairly light you should be okay on the 48's but you may want to get a bit more pressure in them!

I hope the track has chevrons like the M6 so people all keep a safe distance behind in case of spinnage.

It's not too bad. There are plenty of run off in most places. A Couple of the in field corners are close to concreate walls, preceeded by grass. So care should be taken on wet days.

The only problem I find with the Rockingham in field is that it's so flat they have to place orange cones all over the place to mark out the apexes.

But all that aside, it'll be a great laugh, and I'm really looking forward to seeing some of the old faces and some of the new !

eh don't go putting ideas in his head. It was a VX I thought?

Its a pretty safe track imho, only scarey bit is the banked wall and you aren't going past that.

Greg, just don't let anyone put any pressure on you and drive to your own comfort level. You'll be fine. Remember you don't have to continuously fall off track to become good and quick.

Weather definatly looks wet now. Not great really.
