Make a recording of non-commital grunts etc, tape to phone mouth piece, play on loop - bob's your father's brother - loads of time for PHing (Or go back to uni and sit around doing nothing all day - works for me!!)

How on earth do you design a camel, I thought the only question you can ask is:

one hump or two.

David - have you not ever heard the expression "A camel is a horse designed by a committee?"

I assume one of the design briefs wasn't "good in sand" otherwise they'd have done a pretty good job

The only requirement for sand was that there was plenty available for them to stick their heads in while we spent a year telling them they could suffer a catastrophic dataloss on this server at any moment....

which is what happened yesterday..

CarZee - and let me guess - they agree to buy kit/service but only under the impression that it will get all of the lost data back? Sort of a retroactive backup?

Been there, seen that!
