lighting reflectors

I am having a blonde day today......

What is the official name of the hand held "elastic" reflectors disc-shaped, with a diameter of around three feet - that are usually shiny on one side, and a white matt finish on the other - that "scrunch" down into a small disc?

I have had one for years until recently, when it grew legs on a shoot and walked.... always found it useful, and could do with replacing it, but can't for the life of me remeber what they are called?
