I'm not sure what repair is possible on the antenna. Some power antennas do offer the possibility of replacing the mast, but I'm not certain the Lotus one does.
As yours is 12 years old, I would consider replacing the entire unit. This is very doable, but a tedious and frustrating task. It will involve removing certain interior panels to gain access. Hope this helps...Jim '85TE
