The ones on the York Road out of Leeds. I normally stick to 40 on the clock so as not to trip them given my current points haul. However on tuesday morning at 6am I caught a Taxi home up the same road. He went past them at 50 without setting them off! Either the threshold is set very high or no camera is in the box?

Always stick to 40 along there because there seems to be a camera every 3 feet or so.

If they're as accurate as the flashing "Your speed is...." sign on the way into Leeds, than there's no hope for any of us.

the one under the bridge on the bend USED to be set at 60. Not too sure now, as this was before the partnerships arrived!

Didn't they have to stop using it as it cannot be seen early enough.

Could it be that the taxi driver knows exactly how far off his speedo is? So he was only going an indicated 50?

I went up through Headingley yesterday for the first time in ages. I counted seven cameras up that road between the city centre and the ring road. That must mean it's one of the most dangerous roads in the country!
