One of the decisions coming from the last World Motorsport Council meeting is that, 'team personnel are to be banned from climbing on the pitwall after races'. This is, apparently a safety measure. Pitcrews are now to be expected to sit in their garages and politely clap, and say 'Well done old boy'. Does this mean that when Michael Schumacher starts winning again, as he surely will, that we can expect him to be banned from his trademark podium jump, lest the poor lamb risk spraining his ankle ?

If I hear the words 'Health and Safety Executive' just one more time I'll self combust....

I think the phrase "climbing on the pitwall" is a bit restrained. "Climbing up the gard fence and hanging over the top" would be more appropriate.
