Seen it too between 27 & 26. Honda Accord in black, totally unmarked.

the very car nailed me a month ago on the way back from the TVR CREAM meet in York, because my plates did not "conform"!

when asked if he would let me off he said that if he let me off he would have only to get someone else so that he hit his target!!!

Better keep my eyes open then as I seem to spending a lot of time between 26 and 28 at the moment luckily I don't think the banger is actully capable of breaking any speed limits at the moment
