real or fake?
I'm watching it now, with the lights off, and i am getting goosepimples from watching it. someone was dragged in a mine and another guy got his hard hat whacked off his head.
because of the night vision though you just can't make out if the guy that was dragged was pretending to be pulled down the mine or if he was really pulled along. now i'm not normally a person that would fall for this, but... well what do you think?

the woman freaks out in a mine when someone belches. its "live" on LivingTV2.
that glass thing they do though is quite freaky. i can't see how 4 people with only one finger touching the glass can move it so quickly in a circle and then it flips from the table.

Thats the one from national coal mining museum in wakefeild, have been there loads of times but never seen anything myself.
As for the program, its entertaining in a way and they have caught some good stuff on camera. The orb things are occasionally silly and clearly dust or insects but some other times could'nt be either. I try to be sceptical about it when watching but is till occassionally get shivers down my spine when watching it
The reasoning behind why people are frightened of their own shadow in the dark harks back to the days when we were strutting the savannas of Africa. I think it's an evolutionary response to stop you getting eaten by big predators like lions.
Let's face it when you feel on edge your wits are about you and you can hear every little noise. Could have saved your life back then.

It's a complete load of crap - Yvette Fielding and her husband, Carl, put the money up for the show, and produce it - and who fronts the programme, and screams when someone farts/drops a lighter/coughs etc? Good old Yvette. Plus, she is constantly telling everyone to be quiet, then talks loudly over every listening moment, constantly blabbing "Did you hear/see/feel it? Did you? I saw/heard/felt it? Did you? Derek? Did you see it? QUIET EVERYONE!!!!"
And whenever anyone claims to see something, despite the fact that every one of them is carrying a video camera, and there are static cameras and film crews all over, they have never, not once, in any programme I have seen, actually caught any spectral vision on hard copy.
The idiots who text in to the programme make me laugh, too. "Sheila from Accrington says that when Yvette heard the stone drop to the floor, Sheila's dog started to bark, and her cuckoo clock stopped suddenly". "Wow! That's good eveidence that there's something going on, isn't it?" - says the orange-coloured front man.
Good entertainment, but complete tripe.

I always watch it with an open mind if I'm honest, I don't neccessarily believe in ghosts/orbs/sprits etc but then I don't not believe in them either.
I will wait until I see or experience something unexplainable then cast my vote me thinks.
Oh and I personally can't wait until the new series of Most Haunted, heads up for the live Halloween special on Monday night!
ps, make sure you watch it with the lights off and the tv on loud for extra
effect!

Any unknown sudden 'threat' warning is sent straight to the amygdala which is the old part of the brain that processes threats and bypasses the normal actual logical thought process and sends adrenaline and other hormones and increases blood flow to prepare the body for an instant fight or flight response. This happens a a split second before it actually reaches your concious thought. This is why you seem to jump or feel, say a loud unexpected explosion or bang before you actually seem to hear it. It may make you look stupid when people play a practical joke by scaring you, but it could save your life.

Does anyone remember Most haunted Live when they went to York? They were in a graveyard. it was live... Where were all the mischievious people who saw it on tele, and went down there top spook em out? I would have... nsapping twigs, shouting "Sams a t
