Have M25 Gantry Cameras Gone Zero Tolerance?

At 00:30 last night I had just left roadworks on the M25 where I was keeping to the lower limit when I saw the NSL signs both sides of the road. After the signs, I began accelerating to an indicated 78 mph. Under the next gantry and FLASH FLASH! I was flummoxed! The signs weren't lit up and I've seen people go past these way in excess of what I was doing.

So, actual speed I assume was round about 72 mph. Nothing else on the road within about 400 yards. Can I really expect to recieve anything from this?

Been posted on here a few times and no one ever received a ticket - I've been flashed between M4-M40 at an indicated 82. I wouldn't worry about it
