Hi all, bit of a long shot, but my wireless at home has just gone pop. Need to get another box today, but don't particularly want to be shafted by PCshite prices. Any recommendations in the Surrey area? I'm near Woking, but can do Camberley, Reading, etc.

Also any recommendations on the hardware? Thinking about a linksys or possibly dlink b/g. Have had a Belkin with no probs for about 3 yrs. But fancy something with upnp and more config options, possibly vpn too.

If you go on the PC World website first, you can go collect in store... The pricing is pretty competitive then, knocks about £30 off a router.

Maplin

I got Linksys Wireless-G Broadband Router from Maplin for about £50'ish IIRC a year ago or so. Very configurable, does a good job and never had any issues with it.
