Unhappy Cerbera in Southend

Dad just told me he saw a bright yellow Cerbera with the bonnet up along the seafront.

Anyone here???

Yellow Perils old Cerbie has been seen around Sarfend...cant miss it with those colour coded wheels! .... wonder if that's the one you saw?
