I've spotted this car most days over the last couple of months but I can't quite work out what it is.
It is what I would call a black 911 convertible not sure what age(private plate) I think it says 965 on the side and it says rs turbo on the boot. The most striking thing is it has wings on the front bumper like a Sagaris or a formula 1 car, any ideas:confused:.

That could be a 965/993 GT2 Hybrid...

Does the front bumber look like this one?

If it does, then what you have is a 965 turbo with
993 gt2 bodyparts fitted. Unusual typo for sure!

That black car looks nice , but what is that ? Polished Speedlines, not normal , GT2 spoiler pack , wrong rear spats to be factory from what i can see,rs side sills, unusually if its not real correct front wings , without washers.Dodgy mirrors and looks like its got interior trim so not a cup car ............still looks nice bodywork but what is it please ?

Very similar but a convertible, probably older than the one in the photo and the front wings are smaller flat and chrome.

From what I know, its a 92 mod Turbo, rebuilt to a 993 GT2, work done by Porsche in Frankfurt
So we could call it "FrankenPorsche"

The little frontwings are there to control the airvortex for some added downforce on the front.
It also will "calm" ther airvortex down, and make it spin in the desired way.

Aerospace tech that styff!

My God! Totally fallen in love with that Black 993 in the picture.

Could I have some more details?

Whose? Where? How much? Fun? What is it exactly, the string is a bit unclear...
