One reason I used to subscribe to National Geographic was because of the photography in it. However, it soon became one of those subscriptions where rarely did I get time to read the articles before the next issue arrived. Anyway, to the purpose of the post.....

I have around 100 of the magazines from around 1999 backwards. If anyone is interested, they are free to a good home. Ideally, if someone is prepared to give £15 as a donation to Cancer Research UK then that much the better.

My dad had the same. He really wanted to keep them as a reference for my nephew, but simply had to many to store. He tried all sorts of places to get rid of them, but ended up giving them away to the local old peoples home.

If you can't shift them then your dentist may be happy to have his 1998 copy of 'Yachting Monthly' replaced

Do you think the dentist is more deserving than my doctor? House & Home, OK & Hertfordshire local mag also could do with replacing! However, there is some good stuff at the docs, one of them is a fellow TVR owner so there's occasionally an old copy of Car or something around.

waiting for my tyres to be changed - a riveting read of Tyre News was had or the Argos book.
