Hi,

I've just joined the forum after purchasing a Monaro this month. I'm really impressed and it's good to find an informative forum for this Marque.
The Monaro is such a lot of car for the money and I've had nothing but praise from my local car enthusiasts about the looks and performance. My local car dealer recently sold his XKR and I gave him a drive in the Monaro. He was gone for half the day and when he returned it he rated it better than the XKR in terms of performance and handling. He doesn't usually praise any cars except for the ones he has owned so it must be good!
I look forward to many fun filled miles!

Regards, Jeff.

Hi Jeff! Glad you took up the invite. I think your Monaro must be the furthest north in the UK.

I think so, unless some of the Vikings in Shetland have one! There is another one in Orkney but I haven't had a chance to speak to the owner.
Not really much fun in Orkney as the roads are too short for high jinx but can't wait to get South on my next business trip.
